Dan Colen (1979-) Nasceu em New Jersey. Graduou-se em pintura pela Rhode Island School of Design. Vive e trabalha em Nova York. Escultura, fotografia, pintura, grafismo, objeto e instalação são os meios utilizados para sua obra. Faz parte da Bowery School, grupo de artistas influenciados por Andy Warhol e Richard Pronce, que perpetuam a Pop Arte. Os integrantes são Dan Cole, Dash Snow e Ryan Mcgindley. É representado pela Gagosian Gallery. Participou da Whitney Biennial e da Bienal de São Paulo.
